California’s destructive, out-of-touch leadership is leading to a degradation of our state’s public safety. We’re loosening our laws for criminals and convicts and tightening our restrictions on law enforcement. We have it completely backward. Unsurprisingly, this is leading to more crime in our communities.

Creating safe environments in our communities is not rocket science. Many states and cities have proven that public disorder is a choice. So is public safety. Let police do their jobs, punish violent crime, keep re-offenders off the streets, and don’t go easy on ‘low-level’ property and theft crimes. A few common sense changes will quickly improve the quality of life for millions of Californians.
